– HOW MANY CLEANERS DO I RECEIVE?
Generally, we send 1 or 2 cleaners, it depends on the availability at the moment of fulfilling the service. We also take into account the size of your house and the type of cleaning that must be done.
– HOW DO I KNOW I NEED A DEEP CLEANING SERVICE?
If your home has not been cleaned for a long time, it is advisable to hire a deep cleaning service, in addition, if it requires an additional service such as cleaning the kitchen or in areas difficult to reach.
– ARE YOU FRIENDLY WITH PETS?

Our staff is not authorized to perform activities such as moving heavy objects, storing dishes, cleaning carpets, removing animals and body fluids, removing mold or infestation, removing deep stains, cleaning cobwebs, and cleaning areas not indicated within the service.
– IF I NEED AN EXTRA SERVICE, CAN YOUR CLEANERS GET IT?
For our cleaners to perform some extra service, they must be requested through our online platform.
– DO YOU SUPPLY ALL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS?
Yes, our professionals are equipped with the materials and products necessary to clean them in their place. If you have a product that you want to use especially, you can tell our cleaner with pleasure. We will only ask for a vacuum cleaner and brush for the toilet, this with the intention of avoiding contamination between homes.
– DO I REQUIRE CONTRACTS?
No, for our services do not make any kind of contract; You can request and cancel the service whenever you want.
